Bringing you $10 of value everyday. Data suggests it takes on average of 66 days to form a habit. By the end of this program, you will have set the foundation for independent wellness. Services include but are not limited to the following:
Two 20-30 minute meetings per week to re-examine goals and go over food journal entries
One 1-hour solo training session per week via video chat
One 40 minute semi-private training session per week via video chat
Unlimited text and email support (during operating hours)
Access to a private Facebook group for recipes, social support, and educational resources
