If independent wellness is cruising at a mile high, some people start with their plane pre-assembled and the manual on the dash, while some start with it dis-assembled on the tarmac and must build it and then learn how to fly. I can’t guaruntee your timeline, but I’ve found a business model that serves my clients, incentivises independence, but also pays my bills.

Didn’t walk for twenty minutes yesterday? Let’s do ten today. Didn’t food journal three meals? Let’s try one. Didn’t reach out to one person per day last week? Start with two on the weekend. Break the cycle of setting goals beyond your current capacity.
